Social Care TV's handling theory explains why safe handling is important and the principles that make safe handling work.
This course is specifically for health and social care providers. Whilst the emphasis is upon people handling situations, the principles are completely appropriate for non-people handling situations too.

Contributes to Care Certificate Standard 13
All new health and social care workers should be inducted according to the Care Certificate framework. This replaces the Common Induction Standards and National Minimum Training Standards.
