Care Worker of the Month – April 2022

We are delighted to announce that the winner of our Care Worker of the Month award for April is Becky Binder - Manager of Marsh House Care Home in Leyland.

Becky was nominated by her deputy manager, Jodie Graham, who sent us the following:

"I would like to nominate my Manager, Becky Binder. I would like to nominate Becky due to us coming to Marsh House in November of last year. Becky has made a huge improvement on the home. She has created a full new staff team and the care home feels like a “home”.

Even though it has been a tough few months she has never gave up and continues to carry on for the residents and the staff at the home. Becky is an amazing example of a Team player. Becky deserves this because she goes the extra mile!"
